Property Plan Layout
The upper floor comprises of a comfortable lounge dining room with the whole front wall given over to patio windows that open out onto the balcony and those fabulous views. Next to the lounge is an elegant ultra modern kitchen with granite work tops, hob, oven, full size fridge and freezer, microwave oven and a washer dryer.
Leading to the rear of the property, on the half landing, there are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. Both rooms are fitted to a high standard and are tastefully tiled.
Now to the ground floor and the bedrooms, one double and one twin. Here the interior designers, through their choice of colours, fabrics and artwork, have subtly created rooms that are both practical and very pleasing to the eye.
At ‘Bella Vista’ bath robes and slippers are provided as a finishing touch to make sure that you have a ‘Bella Holiday’. The property can be accessed after 2.30pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on your day of departure. Unfortunately we are not able to cater for children under the age of 10, all male or all female parties and we cannot accommodate pets.

Directions to Property
If you arrive by plane or helicopter, public transport runs from the airport and if you tell the driver the address of the property he will drop you off close by. If you travel by boat, you should walk along the quay and enter the main street of Hugh Town by the Chemist shop. If you stand with your back to the Chemist, walk across the large open area of roadway and fork right and walk up Jerusalem Terrace leaving the telephone box on your right hand side until you see the Police Station on the left hand corner. Here you turn right up a short steep hill and this will bring you into Sally Port. You will see the houses on the right hand side and BELLA VISTA is No 30 at the far end.
