The Old Custom House is new to us this year, 2008. It has been totally re-furbished and converted into 3 appartments of which 2 are let. Customs House Holgates is the smaller of the 2, sleeping 5, and is appointed to a very high standard. With stunning views across the harbour, the Strand and the off islands Custom House Holgates also has access direct onto Town Beach making it ideal for family occupation. Both the Custom House appartments will reach the top end of 4 star and probably 5 star when they are inspected later this year. Oil fired central heating make these properties a cosy holiday base for an early, or late season break.

Directions to Property
If you arrive by plane or helicopter, public transport runs from the airport and if you tell the driver the address of the property he will drop you off close by. If you travel by boat, you should walk along the quay and enter the main street of Hugh Town. Proceed through Hugh Town and fork left where you see telephone boxes in the middle of the street. Proceed onward and you will find Customs House Holgates Appartment on your left hand side 20 mtrs past the Scillonian Club on the end of the Custom House building on the ground floor.
