Lemon Tree is set in a superb position with expansive views across Porthcressa Bay and south to Peninnis Head. The flat is very light and airy and the windows all face the views which makes you feel as though you are part of the landscape. When you get through the door at Lemon Tree you won't want to leave, you can just sit and watch the world go by. The accommodation comprises of one 6ft double room, one twin bedded room and a large bathroom with over bath shower. There is a split level kitchen/dining room and lounge with balcony which overlooks the garden and is ideal for those spring and summer breakfasts or a glass of wine and a book while the sun goes down.
Visitors to this property also have access and FREE use of the Indoor Heated Swimming Pool at the Bell Rock Hotel between March to October from 10am to 4pm. Towels are provided and there is limited changing space.

Directions to Property
If you are arriving by Plane or Helicopter, Public Transport runs from the airport and if you tell the driver the property name he will drop you as close as possible to the property. If you are travelling by boat we suggest that you pre book a taxi (01720 422 635). If you wish to walk, then proceed along the quay to the main street, Hugh Street, and follow it as far as the Bishop & Wolf Pub, which you will find on your right hand side. Take Silver Street, which is the right hand fork, as far as the square and car parking area at the back of the Town Hall. You will see some steps on your right hand side leading up onto Porthcressa Bank at the back of the beach follow the pathe to your left along the back of the beach to the far end where you will find three cottages on your left hand side. Take the middle path in front of the cottages and go up the hill. The path is quite steep. Follow it until, at the top of Buzza Hill, the path opens onto a car parking area. Turn hard right and through the gate and Lemon Tree is immediately on your left hand side.
